A colorful, involving “e-zine” for teenagers that featured regularly changing, fully-illustrated content about current events, technology, film, television, books, and more.  The site also included a complete catalogue of Mead brands, including Cambridge and Five Star notebooks, organizers and backpacks.

 






This 60-second commercial was Mead’s first foray into direct selling. The entire test program – product/offer selection; creative; direct response media planning, buying and measurement; credit card accounts and fulfillment; reporting – was accomplished from scratch for a very traditional retail channel marketing company.
